  Oh my god amazing pasta! Had the penne Blanca and the chicken cutlet parmigiana-both were delicious! And the New York cheesecake-unbelievable puts every store bought cheesecake I've ever had to shame!! If this is just their pasta and dessert I can't wait to try the pizza! Delivery time was under an hour and the food arrived hot! Best Italian food experience and they deliver?? I'm never going back to Pizza Hut or dominoes ever again!

  Our server told us where to sit and promptly forgot about us, even though there were only two other parties in the restaurant. She did return to take our order, after about 10 minutes. Two salads, two calzones, one beer, one water. The salads had no dressing, she messed up one calzone, no napkins, no silverware. I asked for a new calzone and told my husband to go ahead. After 20 minutes of no dinner for me, we left to pay what we owed. She did apologize, but the cook said "we're busy" as we left. We will not be going back.

  I was going to give a two, but even that would feel harsh. Hey, we love you guys!. And order frequently. Love your pizza, love your wings, love your pasta. But recently gotta say you all have disappointed us. Look I have a family of five. Your 1hour and 30 minute wait time for delivery has got to end. Also today when I called you were out of wings for the family deal and would not substitute mozzarella sticks or knots. Serious sad panda. :( . But even when you guys didn't slice my pizza one time I never complained. Even through all this, our relationship is strong. Your bread speaks to my soul. So all probably order again. And I'm sure it will be spectacular and I'll update my review because I'll be less butt hurt.... love you G-Knot. Until I call again

  This is the worst service I have ever had.... We called to place an order for delivery but the first time we called we were hung up on so we called again only to be put on hold for a while.... We ordered our food and we're told it was going to be about an hour till it showed up. About an hour and 15 mins later our food was delivered and the delivery driver looked high out of his mind and so confused. We gave him the money and went to go eat I ordered an order of garlic knots and 3 out of 5 were completely raw on the inside and cold, our mozzarella sticks had to be microwaved because they were so cold the spaghetti and meatballs were decent but my cheesecake was warmer than the mozzarella sticks.

  I'm a big fan of Garlic Knot and have been a loyal customer for the past few years usually ordering at least once a week. However, as of lately I am extremely disappointed with their quality of service. I have tried ordering several times over the past few weeks and am immediately greeted with an apology for the delivery times. I have been given as estimate of over two hours on each occasion. The food is great, but this is unacceptable for a business to turn away regular customers. This location needs better management or more drivers if demand is consistently going to be this great. Sad to say, but this loyal customer is going to look for a new favorite pizza place until they can get there operations in order.
