  We have ate ate Joe's previously and was all around a pleasant experience (We travel several miles). We ate there yesterday around 2:30-3:00 PM and we had the worst service ever! Our waiter was not attentive and was rude, we had to find another waiter to order a drink and dessert! Everyone in there seemed to have an attitude and they were not busy. Food was not good, cold and seemed warmed. Lobster was rubbery, I had to chew it and then tear little chunks to swallow to keep from choking . Brought souvenirs on our way out and that girl at the cash register was rude. We drive almost 200 miles round trip for this treat so to say the least we were totally disappointed and next time will take the extra time to go to Aurora. Hope someone is held accountable for such a unpleasant experience.

  Amazing food! Amazing service! We were sat right down on a Friday night at 630pm. Our drinks were never empty and the food was so good! My son had so much fun!
